Breast Cancer High Risk Program at Upstate

Is This Program Right for You?

The First Visit
Risk Assessment

- Age
- Weight

- Family history of malignancy
- Age at first menstrual period
- Alcohol intake
- Hormone use after menopause
- History of breast biopsy
- Age at first baby's birth
- Breastfeeding history
- Density of breast tissue
- History of radiation to the chest area
- Genetic testing results
