If You Have Medical Questions

With medical questions during normal business hours Monday-Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm, call 315-464-4470 and you will be directed to one of our trained neurosurgery registered nurses. They can provide you information over the phone and speak to your neurosurgeon about your situation. 

After Hours Calls 

If you have an urgent need after regular office hours, we have neurosurgeons on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call 315-464-4470 to reach the answering service and they will contact a physician if it is determined that your call needs immediate action. Please keep in mind that the physician on-call may not be your regular physician. They may need to ask some detailed questions to provide you with the best care.
