The curriculum provides hands-on experience in a variety of clinical settings under the guidance of over 20 faculty members from the Central New York dental community.
Residents manage the oral healthcare of hospital inpatients and outpatients as well as provide care in the operating room. Rotations in several areas of medicine include:
Complementing the clinical experience, the program is fortunate to have a robust lecture schedule that includes monthly treatment planning sessions, 日报》评论, 道德, and lectures in all specialty areas of dentistry. The residents attend the Onondaga County Dental Society meetings and The Fifth District Dental Society lecture series.
This program fulfills the requirement for licensure in New York State.
