The 北州癌症中心 has the area's only comprehensive head and neck cancer program. Experts in otolaryngology, 医学肿瘤学, radiation oncology and dentistry focus on delivering the most advanced treatment options while managing the many side effects of treating this disease.
Tumors treated include but are not limited to those of the:
- Oral cavity (mouth, lips, gums, cheeks, tongue, palate, tonsils, and mouth floor)
- Throat (pharynx, larynx, and oropharynx)
- Nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses (spaces in the bones of the face connected to the nasal cavity)
